Not Emergency Services

Our Service is NOT intended for emergency medical situations. For medical emergencies, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.

Important: The $20 service initiation fee is non-refundable under any circumstances and is charged immediately upon service request submission.

7.2 Final Service Fees

After the initial assessment, you will be provided with the final service cost, which ranges from $200 to $800 USD based on:

  • Document complexity and type required
  • Medical imaging or diagnostic requirements
  • Urgency and timeline for delivery
  • Specialist consultation requirements
  • Additional verification or documentation needs

Final payment is required before document delivery. The total service cost (initiation fee + final fee) will be clearly communicated before any additional payment is requested.

7.3 Payment Terms

Payment is processed securely through our HIPAA-compliant payment system. We accept:

  • Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Cryptocurrency payments (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT)
  • Other secure payment methods as available

7.4 Refund Policy

Service Initiation Fee: The $20 service initiation fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Final Service Fee: Refunds for the final service fee may be available only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Technical failures on our end that prevent service completion
  • Service cancellation by USA Doctors Note due to compliance or regulatory issues

Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind or no longer needing the service

  • Inability to use provided documentation for intended purpose
  • Third-party acceptance or rejection of provided documentation

8. Limitation of Liability
